Attire: Semi-formal; Black-tie optional

Prime Rib of Beef with pink and green peppercorn sauce
Chicken Piccata cooked in white wine, lemon, butter and capers
Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes pan seared and served with tarragon caper remoulade
