Gift of Life Home Cook Heroes Program.
Do you like to cook? Would you like to make a meal for a family whose loved one is receiving a transplant? If so, join Jackie McAllister at the Gift of Life Family House in Philadelphia. We will prepare a meal (to be determined) then serve and clean up. Dinner is served at 6 PM for up to 50 people. Lets make their dinner one to remember; we can choose a theme and plan accordingly. We will need to provide the food; they have four cooking stations and a supply of pantry items. Here are the details:

Some examples of previous meals are: BBQ chicken, corn and mashed potatoes, chicken and vegetable kabobs, spaghetti, meatballs and salad. Please note that if you are sick that day, you will not be permitted to participate. If more than 10 people respond, we can have additional people help with serving and clean up duties.
