Prez Sez April Showers Bring May Flowers

The 2012-2013 ski season may be fading into a distant memory, with the last ski meeting and elections behind us, but stay tuned …Summer is coming!

Join the Snow Angels for an excellent and worthy cause on May 17th at their Beef and Beer, instead of our regular Happy Hour. They are raising money for several great causes.

Flotilla is scheduled for the first Saturday in June. Dust off your kayak and put June 1 on your calendar! Check the website and the Mogul for activities as you are making your spring/summer plans.

Our KOPSC officers for the 2013-2014 year were elected at the April meeting: Yours Truly is President for another year, Chris Campbell is Vice President, we are thrilled to welcome Gwen Glattes, and Kirstie Winston as our new Treasurer and Secretary, respectively. Our Senior Member-at-Large ( MAL) is Ellen Strange, Junior MAL is Lydia Hill, and Past-President is again Karen Hanson. All of us are available for your questions, suggestions, and general access to the Board. We look forward to a great new season of service, and working and playing with each and every one of you!

Now get out there with your bike, hiking boots, sunhat, tennis racket, kayak or spectator beach chair, and enjoy that lovely Spring weather!
