Get your French/English dictionaries ready and say “Bonjour!” KOPSC is heading back to France! Chamonix has it all.   Did you know Chamonix is the third most visited natural sight in the world?   Join fellow KOPSCers for what is sure to be a great week of skiing, boarding, shopping and sightseeing.   The adventurous skier/boarder can check out the world famous Vallée Blanche.   For those of you needing retail therapy, Chamonix has incredible shopping in the pedestrian village.   For a side trip, take a ride through the Mont-Blanc tunnel into the quant ski village of Courmayeur, Italy.   Lots of options for both skiers and non-skiers.

Chamonix Ski Areas

Chamonix's skiing extends over three main areas: Brévent/Flégèr, offering south-facing slopes and exceptional views of the Mont-Blanc chain; the Grands Montets with high-altitude north-facing slopes that dominate the village of Argentière; and the Balme area with wide open slopes at the top of the Chamonix valley, bordering on Switzerland. The sister resort of Les Houches lies at the opposite end of the valley.
